- 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between the user ("User") and Saving Products, operating under the brand name "9Hedge." 6. Legal Compliance:
a. Users must not use the 9Hedge service to violate any laws, infringe on the rights of others, or disrupt the functionality of the service.
b. 9Hedge reserves the right to block accounts engaging in illegal activities and report such activities to law enforcement agencies or regulators.
7. Communication:
a. By using the 9Hedge service, you agree to receive communications from 9Hedge via email, instant message, telephone, text message, or other means.
b. You may opt out of promotional messages but not service-related messages.

- 3. ANTI-FRAUD
Saving Products may suspend accounts flagged as fraudulent. Locking an amount incurs penalties for early unlocking. Automatic transfers and payments may be facilitated for registered KYC customers. Users agree to these conditions and acknowledge that unauthorized lifting of locks may result in penalties.
- 4. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
- No Warranties:
- 9Hedge services are provided "as is" without warranties.
- No guarantees of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, title, or non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability:
- Saving Products and its suppliers are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
- Users agree that their sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing service use.
- 5. DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION
Disputes shall be arbitrated in Lagos, Nigeria, under the Rules of Arbitration of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Users unconditionally consent to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Lagos, Nigeria. Saving Products may seek injunctive relief from relevant courts.
- 6. ENFORCEMENT AND DURATION
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder remains valid. The Agreement is effective upon final execution and remains in force for one calendar year. Either party can terminate with ten days' notice, but termination does not affect existing obligations.
- 7. NO AGENCY
Neither party is authorized to act as an agent or legal representative of the other without written consent.
